Το AW566-LS είναι ένα ισχυρό, ελαφρύ, 2-διαδρόμων σύστημα ηχείου πλήρους εύρους που αποτελείται από τον JBL Differential Drive δυο-πηνίων με δυο μαγνητικά κενά 2265H 380 χιλιοστών (15 ιντσών) οδηγό χαμηλής συχνότητας και 2432H υψηλής συχνότητας 38 χιλιοστών (1,5 ιντσών) εξόδου, 75 χιλιοστών (3 ιντσών) οδηγό συμπίεσης voice-coil. Ο κυματοδηγός Progressive Transition μεγάλου μεγέθους παρέχει εξαιρετική κάλυψη 60° x 60°. Το σύστημα ηχείου μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί είτε σε κατακόρυφο είτε σε οριζόντιο προσανατολισμό. Αυτό το ηχείο είναι σύμφωνο με EN 54-24 για εφαρμογές ασφάλειας ζωής.
