O AM7212/64 é um sistema de alto-falante full-range de alta potência, leve e de 2 vias, composto pelo driver de baixa frequência 2262H de 300 mm (12 pol.) com bobina de voz dupla e espaço magnético duplo Differential Drive da JBL, e pelo driver de compressão de alta frequência 2432H com saída de 38 mm (1,5 pol.) e bobina de voz de 75 mm (3 pol.). O guia de onda Progressive Transition de grande formato oferece excelente cobertura em uma variedade de padrões. O guia de onda é rotável, permitindo que o sistema de alto-falante seja usado em orientação vertical ou horizontal. Redes passivas de alta inclinação minimizam a sobreposição de banda. A resposta fora do eixo bem controlada aprimora a capacidade de agrupamento.
