THE COMPLETE ECOSYSTEM

The SRX900 Series supports a wide range of use cases with a full lineup of loudspeaker formats, including line arrays, point-source models, and flyable or ground-stacked subwoofers. All models share consistent voicing, amplification, and DSP, and use common rigging and accessory options. A unified software platform ties the system together, creating a seamless, integrated ecosystem. The result is a future-ready solution that scales smoothly as business needs and system requirements evolve.

SOUND QUALITY COMES FIRST

SRX900 woofers use JBL’s proprietary Differential Drive dual-voice-coil, dual-gap design for better heat dissipation, reduced power compression, and a wider dynamic range compared to conventional single-coil designs. Line arrays use the 2432H-3 3-inch dome compression driver to ensure a smooth transition between HF and LF sections. Point-source models use the 2408H-1 1.5-inch compression driver for smooth HF extension. Both drivers use neodymium motor structures to maximize efficiency and minimize weight.

DIRECTIVITY CONTROL

SRX900 Series line arrays leverage JBL’s Radiation Boundary Integrator (RBI) technology, which combines the HF and LF sources into a single horn to improve horizontal dispersion while reducing cabinet size. Specifically placed low-frequency projection apertures seamlessly integrate the woofers onto the high-frequency horn. Point-source models use JBL’s Progressive Transition™ (PT) horns, developed to deliver improved real-world performance by balancing frequency response, pattern control, and distortion.

THE POWER OF POWERED

SRX900 products are self-powered, eliminating external amplifiers and amplifier racks. True plug-and-play operation delivers great-sounding results right out of the box. Class D amplifiers deliver maximum performance in an efficient package. Large external heat sinks are included for reliable full-power operation even under demanding temperatures. A universal switching-mode power supply operates on any mains voltage between 100 and 250 V, and an automatic low-power mode reduces energy consumption.

FAST, SAFE, EASY RIGGING SYSTEM

SRX900 Series line arrays feature a three-point rigging system, making suspending systems safe and easy, regardless of system size or user experience level. Point-source products include multiple QuickLink™ M10 attachment points for use with eyebolts and to attach to the comprehensive set of dedicated accessories. Available accessories include array frames, base plates, U-brackets, pole-mounts, and truss-clamps, cases, carts, and covers.

PROFESSIONAL BUILD QUALITY, INSIDE AND OUT

SRX900 Series line array loudspeakers use reinforced composite enclosures, while the point-source models and subwoofers feature durable plywood cabinets. All enclosures are FEA-optimized to maximize strength while minimizing weight. Internal CAD-optimized bracing minimizes cabinet flex and further improves performance. As with all JBL professional products, SRX900 models undergo rigorous testing, are built to last, and are backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty.
