AM7212/64は、JBL Differential Drive デュアルボイスコイル・デュアルマグネティックギャップ構造の2262H 300 mm（12インチ）低域ドライバーと、2432H高域38 mm（1.5インチ）出口径、75 mm（3インチ）ボイスコイル・コンプレッションドライバーで構成される、高出力・軽量の2ウェイ・フルレンジスピーカーシステムです。大型プログレッシブ・トランジション・ウェーブガイドにより、多様なパターンで優れたカバレッジを実現します。ウェーブガイドは回転可能なため、縦向き・横向きいずれの設置にも対応します。高次スロープ・パッシブネットワークにより帯域の重複を最小化し、高精度に制御されたオフアクシス特性によりアレイ構成時の性能を向上させます。
